I understand therapy is a financial and time commitment, and that is why I strive to add value and provide quality care. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. The phone consultation will help us determine if we are a good fit before you get started.

Fees
Initial Session- 55 minutes
$175.00
An initial session is also known as an intake appointment. During an intake appointment, I will review my practice paperwork and answer any questions you might have. Then I will do a thorough review of the intake form you completed. I will gather more information about the issues and symptoms that brought you into therapy. We will also create a customized treatment plan – creating goals specific to you and tailored to your needs.
Individual Therapy- 50 minutes
$175.00
After intake, we will meet for individual therapy sessions. The beginning of therapy is about building rapport and introducing skills and homework exercises to help you meet your treatment goals. I highly recommend weekly appointments. Bi-weekly appointments are fine as well.
Individual Therapy-Extended- 80 minutes
$245.00
I offer 80-minute sessions for those that would like to meet longer than 50 minutes. An 80-minute session is popular when engaging in EMDR therapy.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hours and no show appointments will be charged for the full session fee.

Out-Of-Network Benefits
You may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement for services from your health insurance by using your out-of-network benefits.
When using out-of-network-benefits you will be responsible for the session fee at time of service. You will then be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance for remibursement, based on your benefits.
To check coverage, call your insurance company, and ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year am I authorized?
- How much will I be reimbursed?
- Is approval required by my primary care physician?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
